Real Weddings Magazine have just featured our photographs in a stunning 6page editorial feature in their 2009 Style issue on sale now. Our very own Saffrine & Glen photographed the special event which took place at the Westin Hotel surrounded by a magical silver & gold theme.
Shen-Tel and Bobby held their ceremony & reception at the Westin Hotel in Sydney. SugarLove had a team of photographers covering both the Groom & Brides preparations which took place in separate areas of the hotel. Grooms attire was Brioni Tuxedo 
With such a large bridal party the preparations took place in the largest suites at The Westin Hotel.
Shen-Tel's bridesmaids were dressed in elegant cream dresses with black waist ties from Diane von Furstenberg. The brides shoes were from Christian Louboutin and exquisite diamond necklace was a present from both her & Bobby's parents. Two heirloom pieces were put together to represent both families.
Shen-Tel's glamorous gown from Monique Lhuillier/Helen Rodrigues features a strapless embroidered bodice with a full tufted skirt and matching embroidered bolero.
Each bridesmaid carried a metallic silver balloon instead of floral bouquet to walk down the aisle.
The hotel provided the perfect backdrop for a pre ceremony photo shoot with the bride & her bridesmaids.
All ballrooms were used to cater for the ceremony & reception on the day. Delicate bells say atop the order of service booklets. White Tiffany chairs await the guest arrival.
The ceremony room was transformed into a white fairyland with hundreds of lights twinkling behind the white sheer curtains.
Birdcages with crystal birds were suspended with white ribbon from the ceiling. Grandiflora looked after the flowers on the purpose built stage inside the Westin Hotel ballrooms for the wedding ceremony. From the big white urn arrangements to all the table centrepieces large green & white flowers suited the brief and design for Shen-Tel & Bobby's perfect day.
Two junior bridesmaids, three flower girls and a page boy accompanied the bridal party down the aisle.
All hair styling was done by Styles by Susan, simple & elegant.
Both bride & groom were overjoyed with happiness throughout the ceremony. Family & friends shared in the emotional and heartfelt sentiments.
A spectacular celebration for the bride walking down the aisle was captured in photography & film by SugarLove & White on the day.
The room was styled like a fairytale with a gold & ivory colour palette including gold Tiffany chairs, a hand picked selection of gold trees trimmed with glass, crystal, gold & silver trinkets and an arrangements of parasols hanging from the ceiling. Fairylights shone from behind black curtains representing the stars.
As a graphic designer, Shen-Tel relished the job of putting her own style forward on the big day. Personal monogrammed cream canvas bags were added to each guest chair - perfect for taking home the couples place card framed gifts on the day. Not long after the wedding Shen-Tel popped into our SugarLove showroom with some hand picked scented candles & soaps hidden inside her gorgeous gift bags for every member of our SugarLove and White team who had helped work on her photography and video. What a sweet gesture!!
Having the wedding so close to Christmas, guests were invited to take home a selection of gold, silver, glass & crystal trinkets as favours to hang on their own Christmas trees.
A simple elegantly designed cake was created by Unique Cakes. The Sydney Metro Big Band entered the guests throughout the night.
Shen-Tel and Bobby had their first dance to the Big Band which was a highlight of the evening.
